Story

Frida Martínez

Co-Founder & CEO

Frida Martínez is an art director, creative strategist, and entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience in the creative and advertising industries. She holds a degree in Design and Visual Communication from UNAM and currently serves as CEO of Punto Zero, a socially driven creative studio she co-founded to support projects with cultural and community impact. She also leads marketing as CMO at Abroad, an educational internationalization company aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 4.

Passionate about nurturing ideas from their earliest stages to full realization, she has established herself as an expert in designing business models for small and medium-sized enterprises, guiding them through processes of expansion, positioning, and strategic consolidation. Her approach combines creative thinking, technological innovation, and a deep sensitivity to contemporary social challenges.

Before founding her own companies, she worked in agencies and media outlets such as MullenLowe México, Another Company, and Harper’s Bazaar, where she directed campaigns for international brands like Pandora, Tequila Patrón, Magnum, and Ferrero Rocher, collaborating with public figures such as Danna Paola, Sergio Pérez, and Sebastián Yatra. However, her focus has shifted from purely commercial work toward creative efforts that seek purpose, permanence, and change-generating trends that are lasting, timeless, and genuinely valuable to communities.

She is the founder of Arte Zero, an online art gallery that provides visibility and commercial opportunities for emerging artists in Mexico. Frida maintains a strong commitment to representing voices traditionally excluded from the art and creative worlds. She is also an active member of the collective FIEM (Finance Focused on Women), a network of women promoting financial freedom and economic sisterhood.

Frida integrates a social and cultural perspective into all her projects, prioritizing historically underrepresented sectors and challenging structures dominated by economic and gender privilege. As a woman entrepreneur, she has paved the way for new forms of leadership, blending her critical vision and artistic sensibility—especially through photography, her most intimate medium of expression—with a constant focus on innovation as a tool to reframe memory, transform processes, and build a more just and collective future.

With over a decade of experience in the performing arts and digital strategy, Diego has built a career at the intersection of storytelling, education, and creativity. His work spans theater, film, content creation, and creative consulting—always guided by a commitment to fostering more empathetic, inclusive, and globally connected communities.

Punto Zero partners with clients whose work centers on systemic change, community resilience, and human dignity. This year, the educational short film Inside My Heart, in which he served as both creative director and voice actor, was selected for the Pasadena International Film Festival and the Los Angeles International Children's Film Festival.
