## Who leads the work
Every engagement is led directly by our two founders — Frida Martínez (Co-Founder & CEO, nearly a decade in brand strategy and creative direction) and Diego Salazar (Co-Founder & COO, over a decade in business development and operations). No account managers. No junior substitutions.
